When daylight is just a fading crest

I love this tune: Holy! Holy! Holy! (or Day is Dying in the West!)
But I had to change the words to fit my sense of reality.
If you can't find the tune in any hymnal (& if you ask me nicely), I'll consider making the tune available on line.
The bold syllables get a beat. [Can you beat that?]
I would love to hear your comments on the song's contents & formating. ( rex.barger@hwcn.org )

When daylight is just a fading crest as we enter earth's shadow for our time of rest,
let's wait in wonder while the night sets its love-lights all alight
throughout the sky!
(1st chorus) Listen, listen carefully. Hear twilight call:
"All on earth can be one in love, all on earth & all up above,
if we but try!"
(2nd chorus) Wholeness! (3x) That is our goal!
When we on earth are filled up with love, all on earth & all up above,
our joy will fly!
