There are a few special cases; "VGmap" refers to the wormhole route map in the front page of The Vor Game, "BoI-L" refers to the story Labyrinth in the anthology Borders of Infinity and "List" refers to items created by the Lois McMaster Bujold mailing list. To read the book review on the Encyclopedia Betanica site by John Rees, click on a linked names in the table. (Only a few books have been reviewed yet, but be patient.)
