In consideration for my being granted
membership in the Hamilton-Wentworth Community Network (HWCN) and
for the use of the Hamilton-Wentworth Community Network System (the
System), I understand and agree to the following:

My use of the system and participation in the HWCN will comply
with all bylaws of the HWCN and rules, regulations and directions
made by the Board of Directors of the HWCN (the Board) or its
authorized delegates.

Membership in the HWCN and use of the System is a privilege
which may be revoked by the Board at any time and for any reason
without notice and without recourse on my part.

My use of the System is at my risk, and the HWCN accepts no
responsibility for the performance or non-performance of the
System, nor liability for any loss caused by the performance
or non-performance of the System.

The HWCN accepts no responsibility for my use of the System
or my actions as a member of the HWCN. I agree to indemnify
the HWCN and its Board for any claims against the HWCN or its
Board arising from my use of the System or my actions as a member
of the HWCN.

The HWCN accepts no responsibility or liability for information
provided on or through the System. Information provided on the
System is not a substitute for adequate professional or client
relationship.

The HWCN retains the right, but not the obligation, to review
all information stored by me on the System, and to delete but
not modify any information which the HWCN, in its sole discretion,
determines should not be stored on the System.
- This agreement maybe relied upon by the HWCN, its Board, and
any person providing information on or through the System.
I have read the HWCN Membership Agreement and the Acceptable Use
Policy, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions.
