We are a non-profit organization run by volunteers.  We have been active in assisting and representing people with M.E. also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Company Profile

The Myalgic Encephalomyelitis Association of Halton & Hamilton-Wentworth is a charitable organization registered with Revenue Canada.  The Association was established in 1991.

The Myalgic Encephalomyelitis Association of Halton & Hamilton-Wentworth provides support and information to persons with M.E. and their families.  The Association raises funds, fosters and supports research and educates government representatives, medical and educational professionals, and the public on M.E., its debilitating effects, and on the concomitant social and economic consequences.

We are funded by Ontario Trillium foundation, our members and donations from other government agencies.

We have an office in Burlington, Ontario.  Our office is run by volunteers.  We have many resources, such as books, copies of medical journals and magazine articles relating to this illness.
