Location
All dance events take place at Christ Church Flamborough, 92 Highway 8 in Bullocks Corners, Ontario. (A short drive from downtown Hamilton, about 50 minutes from Toronto, less than an hour and a half from Buffalo and about 3½ hours from Windsor.)
Ontario's fabulous Bruce Trail passes close by the Church and there are a number of splendid waterfalls, conservation areas and the Crooks' Hollow historical site within walking distance.

Driving Directions
From Toronto take the QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way) to the 403 Hamilton. Exit at Highway 6 North (towards Guelph). Steep grade up to Clappison's Corners. Turn left onto Highway 5 at the stoplights. Follow Highway 5 past Olfield and Moxley Roads then turn left onto Brock Rd. Follow Brock Rd. to Highway 8 and turn right. The church is on your right, just after you turn.
From Buffalo take the QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way) in the direction of St. Catharines/Toronto. Continue along the QEW until you cross the Skyway Bridge (Hamilton). Take the exit for Highway 403 Hamilton. Exit the 403 at Highway 6 North (towards Guelph). Steep grade up to Clappison's Corners. Turn left onto Highway 5 at the stoplights. Follow Highway 5 past Olfield and Moxley Roads then turn left onto Brock Rd. Follow Brock Rd. to Highway 8 and turn right. The church is on your right, just after you turn.
From Windsor take the 401 East to Highway 403 in the direction of Brantford/Hamilton. Follow the 403 into Hamilton and take the Aberdeen exit. Turn left at the lights onto Longwood Rd. Follow Longwood to the lights at Main Street West. Turn left onto Main St. Just past McMaster University, exit right onto Cootes Drive/Dundas. Cootes becomes King St. East and takes you through downtown Dundas. Continue along King St. and up the Escarpment. Veer left with Highway 8. The church is on your right, just after the turn.
From Kitchener/Cambridge follow Highway 8 towards Dundas. The church is in Bullocks Corners, on the left hand side of the road. (If you start descending the Escarpment into Dundas, you've gone too far!)
From Hamilton take Main Street West towards McMaster University. Exit right onto Cootes Drive/Dundas. Cootes becomes King St. East and takes you through downtown Dundas. Continue along King St. up the Escarpment. Veer left with Highway 8. The church is on your right, just after the turn.
There is ample onsite parking.

Note for those paying in US funds: The USD prices given below are applicable if you are paying by cheque drawn on a US bank account or if you are paying with cash at the door. If you pay online using PayPal, you must use the CDN price—the actual cost in US dollars will be calculated by PayPal based on current exchange rates. It will be similar to, but may not be identical to, the USD prices given below.

Limited billeting in the homes of local dancers is available. Please fill in the relevant section on the Printable Registration Form and mail it in, or indicate your preference on the Online Registration Form.

Silent Auction
We will be holding a silent auction again this year. Bring along some extra funds and leave the weekend with some great auction items. If you have items to donate to the auction, they would be gratefully accepted.
Registration Form
You may register either by printing out the registration form and mailing it in, or by filling out and submitting the online form, below. Payment can be made by mailing us a cheque or by using the online PayPal option. You are not considered to be registered until we receive your cheque or PayPal payment.
Registrations will be accepted at the door, space permitting, but we strongly encourage you to pre-register as the hall can accommodate a maximum of 80 dancers. Once we receive that number of registrations, we will not be able to accept any more.
Take advantage of our "early bird" pricing by registering by October 5th, 2007.

Online Registration Form
Please fill out the entire form and submit it once for each person who will be attending. E.g. if there are two people in your party, the form will have to be filled out and submitted twice.
Once you have finished filling out the form, don't forget to click on the "Submit" button at the bottom. The information you submit will be received by the coordinators of the Hamilton Dance Weekend. It will be kept strictly confidential and will be used only for the purpose of planning Hamilton Country Dancers events.
