2008 SEVEC Exchange

After much soul searching and discussion, our CPF Chapter has decided to cancel the 2008 SEVEC Exchange. We are no longer confident that our students will be secure and comfortable while in Quebec and we will not send any child into a questionable situation.

CPF sincerely apologizes for the upset this will cause to your children and your summer plans. We did not come to this decision lightly as we have spent many hours, recruiting, interviewing and planning for the exchange, and several of us have children who would have participated.

We are very sorry to have to come to this decision, but we do not feel comfortable sending any of our children to Quebec with the organizer selected for us to twin with in 2008. All families will be given a complete refund of any money you have paid toward the exchange.
