ALTERNATIVE SCHOOL  Contact: Christine Roarke A group of families established a progressive, co-operative, publicly funded alternative school in the new City of Hamilton. The goal is to create an educational alternative – a child-centred, co-operative learning environment with a very high level of family involvement.   HAMILTON HOMESCHOOL ASSOCIATION meets regularly for outings, and hosts support meeting every few months.  Most events are organized throught the email list and is all inclusive. Click here for More Info   -GRINDSTONE CREEK CHRISTIAN HOME SCHOOLING We are located in Waterdown and meet regularly, and have drop ins.  We also have an extensive music programme     -->Info here.   THE HOMESCHOOL NETWORK  Contact:  Tanja Loeb-Houston A Nondenominational Group of Home Schoolers covering Halton, with support group meetings in Oakville.   CORNERSTONE HOMESCHOOLERS is a non-profit support group of home schooling families. We seek to teach, mentor and provide a variety of support to Burlington and surrounding area home schooling families.
