A group of families established a progressive, co-operative, publicly funded
alternative school in the new City of Hamilton. The goal is to create an educational
alternative a child-centred, co-operative learning environment with a very high
level of family involvement. |

HAMILTON
HOMESCHOOL ASSOCIATION meets regularly for outings, and hosts support meeting every
few months. Most events are organized throught the email list and is all inclusive.

CORNERSTONE HOMESCHOOLERS is a non-profit
support group of home schooling families. We seek to teach, mentor and provide a
variety of support to Burlington and surrounding area home schooling families.
We are a Christian group that is open to all individuals and we are open to all
methodologies and styles of home schooling. We meet on the third Tuesday of each
month, except for December. We meet from Sept to May. The meetings are held at
Knox Presbyterian church 461 Elizabeth Street in Burlington. For more information

We offer Christian based support with monthly meetings, and orgnanaized activities such as

Milton. Group Events and Activities: Parent Meetings, Newsletters, Email Chain,
