Start a
Reuse-a-rama

A Reuse-a-rama is like a huge free garage sale where everyone is allowed to place unwanted reusable items curbside for their friends and neighbours to take away. Roving bands of treasure hunters head up and down streets to find the very best pickings. Contact Salvation Army, Canadian Diabetes, or Amity to pick up reusable items left over.  Participants must take back in anything left over. It’s amazing how word of mouth can really help turn a Reuse-a-rama into a huge success. Smaller versions of this can be done in your local school.
