Feature Articles

  • Georges de La Tour and His World - George W. Rohrer describes some of the works of French artist Georges de La Tour. An exhibition of this master's works was shown at the National Gallery of Art, Washington, DC, in late 1996. Several of the artist's paintings have a Christmas theme and are illustrated on stamps.

  • Christmas Customs Around the World - Glenn Vasbinder visits Mexico, land of posadas and describes some of their Christmas traditions.

The invitation to membership in the Christmas Philatelic Club is open to any Christmas topical philatelist who is seriously interested in associating with those who collect likewise.

Current dues are $15 per year for persons living in North America. Other Countries: $22.00 (US funds).
