EXHIBIT LIBRARY SERVICE*

Please use this rate chart for orders from the Exhibit Library. It reflects current United States Postal Service rates. Foreign orders will still be sent as printed matter but U.S. mail will be sent First-Class/Priority depending on weight.

* Please Note: This service is available to current Christmas Philatelic Club Members only. To become a member of the Christmas Philatelic Club, read the information about Joining the Christmas Philatelic Club.

To order a photocopy of an exhibit:

  1. State the title of the exhibit. Include the section letter designation if entire exhibit is not wanted.
  2. Find the number of pages in the description (it's the number in parentheses).
  3. Multiply the total number of pages being ordered X .05 (5 cents). This is the cost of xeroxing. (I copy on both sides of the paper whenever possible to save shipping costs).
  4. Find the same number (i.e. the total pages ordered) in the first column of the postage fee chart below. Your postage due is to the right under your locality of residence.
  5. Add the copying cost to the postage fee to determine the total amount to remit.

For example, if you wish to order Part A of "Christmas Spirit" (13 pages) and "I Heard the Bells" (48 pages), the cost would be $5.33 if you lived in Canada (i.e. 61 pages x .05 = $3.05 + $2.28 postage).

Payment must accompany your order. Amounts are in US dollars. The copies may be retained by you and are for your personal use. Publication is not permitted.
